What if I don't like the food?
Then we refund you. Our taste guarantee means that if you're not happy with your order, you tell us and get your money back. No questions asked.
Is frozen food as good as fresh?
Freezing is how we keep it fresh. Our chefs cook every meal by hand in Dubai and flash-freeze it straight away, which locks in taste, texture and nutrients without preservatives or additives. You finish it in a pan in 7 minutes, so it tastes freshly made.
Can I buy Rescube in stores?
Yes. Rescube is in the frozen section at Carrefour across the UAE, on Amazon Now and at Kibsons. A plan from us is the same meals delivered to your door, with up to 3 meals free in every box.
How does the meal plan work?
Pick anything from 1 to 30 meals, choose how often you want them (every week, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks) and check out. Your box arrives frozen and the next one follows on your schedule until you change it.
How do the free meals work?
From 6 meals you get 1 free, from 10 meals 2 free and from 15 meals 3 free. The cheapest meals in your box are the free ones, and the saving applies to every delivery on a plan, not just the first. One-time boxes are full price.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Yes, all from your account. Skip a single delivery, pause for 1 to 8 weeks, change how often you get meals, swap meals or cancel. There are no minimum terms.
How do I cook the meals?
No thawing needed. The meals are loose-frozen, so you tip the bag straight into a pan and heat for about 7 minutes, stirring now and then. Each bag is one 450g portion.
How long do the meals keep?
Put your meals in the freezer as soon as they arrive and follow the storage instructions and date on each pack. Do not refreeze after cooking.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all Emirates in the UAE. Order before 3pm and your box arrives the next day; after 3pm it goes out on the following delivery day. We don't deliver on Mondays, so those deliveries arrive on Tuesday. Boxes are packed to stay frozen until your door. Delivery is free from AED 199; below that it is AED 19.
What does rescued mean?
We cook with surplus ingredients that are perfectly good but would otherwise go unsold. They are cooked into full meals in our Dubai kitchen and frozen to lock in freshness.
Can I change my meals before each delivery?
Yes. Open your account, choose Edit meals on your next delivery and swap anything you like. Your box size and free meals stay the same.
